Flicker, not flickr

The snow and endless cold are starting to wear me down. But the birds it drives out of the woods and to our new deck feeder are endlessly delightful. Got a visit from a Mockingbird last week. This week the Northern Flicker is at the suet. Look at that mustache and spotted belly.

The Piliated Woodpecker also put in an appearance, but didn't come as close, staying in the Sycamore trees.
